How it works
Mobile processing involves the use of a cell phone or tablet device, with a card reader. Most receipts are delivered to the cardholder electronically by default. However, there are mobile printing devices if your team needs to produce a paper receipt.
Depending on your needs, there are a few different ways that we can configure your mobile solution. Newer terminal models offer Wi-Fi and Bluetooth capability for all major platforms, which means that it can work with the cell phone that you already use every day.
Bluetooth technology allows you to process transactions without tying up your charging port. We also offer tablets with or without cellular service, so that you can process transactions on the tablet. This allows you to save battery life on your cell and keep your phone line free for calls. We even offer an iPad with a complete point of sale system, in addition to terminals that can be purchased or rented ‘as needed’ for special events.
